To prevent a panic attack, try to avoid people or things that stress you out. If you feel as though one is coming on, walk out of the situation and begin breathing. Or, pull out your phone and earbuds and play your favorite song and again walk out of a situation. If you cannot leave and you don't have a phone, but someone that is close to you is nearby, have them play you music or sing them a song( if they can sing.) Honestly music always helps me prevent panic attacks.
